The 1000L black plastic IBC serves a specific purpose: protecting light-sensitive liquids from UV degradation. While standard blue or white IBCs allow some light transmission, the black version blocks virtually all ultraviolet and visible light—making it the preferred choice for products that degrade, discolor, or lose potency when exposed to light.
Like its blue counterpart, this IBC holds 1000 liters (264 gallons) and fits standard 1200×1000mm pallet racks, forklifts, and shipping containers. The construction uses virgin high-density polyethylene with carbon black pigment, which provides complete opacity and extended UV resistance beyond standard formulations.
The galvanized steel cage and four-way pallet base remain unchanged, ensuring compatibility with existing handling equipment and stacking systems. When filled, these units stack two high; when empty, they nest for return shipping.

Why Choose Us

Download
Before you click download, here's the truth:
These aren't just PDFs we threw together overnight. They're the same spec sheets, material certs, and inspection reports we've been sending real customers for the past 15 years.
The 316L spec sheet? That's the one we send to pharma companies in Ireland who need to prove every weld. The UN cert sample? That's what got a chemical distributor in Houston through their DOT audit without a single finding.
Download them. Read them. Then imagine getting a fresh set with your name on every page.
