Built from 304 or 316L stainless steel with sanitary welds and a sloped bottom for complete drainage. Suitable for chemical blending, food processing, and pharmaceutical intermediate storage.

Construction & Material
The tank is fabricated from 304 or 316L stainless steel, with wall thickness options of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, or 2.5mm to suit different product weights and handling demands. All interior surfaces are polished (Ra ≤ 0.8µm optional for sanitary applications), and every weld is fully penetrated and ground smooth to eliminate crevices where residues could accumulate.

The large opening cover is hinged for single‑handed operation and secured with a clamp ring or quick‑release latches. A gasket ensures a liquid‑tight seal. For pressure or vacuum applications, a bolted lid can be substituted.
