Construction & Material

The inner liner is 304 stainless steel. You can choose standard welded construction or integrally stamped (one‑piece) which reduces weld points. The outer frame is also 304 stainless steel. For aggressive chemicals, upgrade to 316 stainless steel liner or frame.

Top Cover & Access

The DN159 top cover seals tight with a gasket and clamp ring. It accepts standard filling hoses. For applications requiring internal access, we offer a 400mm manhole as an upgrade.

Vent Valve

The 150mm manual vent valve is simple: twist open, release pressure, close. For automatic pressure relief, an auto‑vent valve is available.

Bottom Outlet

The 50mm ball valve is stainless steel with PTFE seals, compatible with diesel, solvents, and many chemicals. For higher flow, an 80mm ball valve or butterfly valve can be substituted.

Frame & Handling

The standard frame is welded. A removable frame is optional for customers who need to replace the liner. Both frames have four‑way forklift pockets. The IBC has no casters and is moved only by forklift.

Testing & Documentation

Each IBC is pressure‑tested before shipment. We provide 3.1 material certificates, a weld map, and a pressure test report. UN certification for dangerous goods is available on request.
